I have been using new Outlook for a while, but it has started refusing to open - when I click on it, there's no reaction and nothing showing as running in Task Manager. Old Outlook opens fine and I can also access my email via Outlook online. I have tried: Multiple restarts. Uninstalling and reinstalling new Outlook (multiple times) More @Wikipedia
