Bookmark or Share- Telo - 15 minute boot time -Ooma ForumsI reconfigured my LAN, moving the Ooma Telo to the WAN (internet) side of my router: Cable Modem -> Ooma Telo -> RT-AC66U Router -> PC etc; Instead of 15 minutes to boot, it now takes 5 minutes. That is still quite long but is tolerable. My various SIP phones and VoIP services generally boot and login in less than 1 minute.
- Request factory 'hard' reset for new 'Telo 2' -Ooma ForumsTo Ooma corp's credit, it -was- replaced and pronto, within 48 hours, which is darned excellent customer support. Ooma corporate even apologized for not being able to get it to us next-day air, which really impressed me. I immediately put forth good feedback and recommended that others turn to Ooma for Voip service.

Purchased a used one and got the used one activated with original phone number transferred to the used Telo, however I cannot get anything past the solid red light. - how to dim telo light? -Ooma ForumsInteresting that I've got a brand new Telo, ordered from Ooma online and arrived yesterday. The quick start guide doesn't mention the rewind button dim function, although it does work. Fingerboning the various buttons to try to find the dim function before I found this thread, I managed to turn on Do Not Disturb by accident.
