Bookmark or Share- Fishing Palacios - 2 Cool Fishing ForumI can make it out yonder from the east bay ramp in about 30 min depending on swell. Be careful around Oliver (**** Island), just b4 Hotel Point (there’s a pillon sticking up about 1’ from old well), and halfmoon reef area.
- Carancahua Bay - 2 Cool Fishing Forumcarancahua/olivia Both bays are good for fishing if you know the right spots. As far as boat ramps go, there is a good one in front at Olivia.

- Carancahuna Bay Fishing - 2 Cool Fishing ForumJust down the road is Keller Bay (Olivia) which has much better fishing. There is also multiple areas you can wade fishing from the bank. I'll attach a video below if a wade we had in Keller just off the kayak launch.

Fished there a couple of times the last week or so and have had very little success. Some I have asked this past week have same result. Water is in great shape considering surrounded bay in Lavaca area is very fresh from run off.
