Basically a 2x2 tube steel and end plates, with a threaded rod and oversized wing nut and large steel plate for the washer. It was a small chore to get the tire up there, but hopefully I won't have to ever get it down.

It has 2 key holes, one for dead bolt, the other for latch. The unit seized up last year and I managed to get a screwdriver in the gears to free up the door. We've been locking from the inside and crawling through the cab all year.
