Bookmark or Share- External Monitor Display is Cut Off on All Edges* Showing just TV option where surface screen turns off * Unplugging & replugging HDMI cable. Tried completely different HDMI cable & different HDMI input on TV. * advanced display settings, updating driver, updating windows. Windows claims everything is updated and working. I've honestly tried everything I could think of.

Went to “Additional Power Settings” and “Choose or Customize Power Plan”, and settings for both “Turn off the display” and “Put the computer to sleep” are set for NEVER when plugged in.

My curser still exists behind my Fullscreen applications, and if not behind, in front of my Fullscreen apps. If I'm in a game, and I look to the top right corner of my screen, the application will close.
