I've been building this for a couple leagues now and mix and matching what is best for the build, keeping things that are extremely strong. My viewpoint of this build is to be able to tank repetitive hits as well as burst hits. Being able to go from 1% ES to 100% ES as fast as possible.

- Witch - [3.4] Good Starter - League Freezing Pulse Occultist (Guardians ...Tbh Scion occultist asc is kind of a joke compared to actual Occultist. For example Scion gets 1.5% es regenerated per sec while Occultist gets 30%. You also lose +250 es and any damage will stop your shield recharge. It's not good.
