Bookmark or Share- NSLDS - edThe National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) is the national database of information about loans and grants awarded to students under Title 4 IV of the Higher Education Act (HEA) of 1965, as amended. NSLDS provides a centralized, integrated view of Title 4 IV loans and grants during their complete life cycle, from aid approval through disbursement, repayment, deferment, delinquency, and closure.

- NSLDS - edThe Average Rate Formula is used to calculate the official cohort default rate for a school with 29 or fewer borrowers entering repayment during a cohort fiscal year if that school had a cohort default rate calculated for the two previous cohort fiscal years.
