NDO’s primary purpose is to work in partnership with low-income people, promoting access to opportunities leading toward Self-Development, Self-Reliance, and Self-Determination.
- Area - Ninth District Opportunity - ndoNinth District Opportunity serves 14 Northeast Georgia counties and extends its programs to cover a total service area of 25 counties.
- Georgia Pre-K - Ninth District Opportunity - ndoNinth District Opportunity provides GA Pre-K classrooms for children turning four on or before September 1 st in seventeen of our counties, enrolling students on a first-come basis. Participation is voluntary and available to all Georgia residents without income restrictions.
