- Join, leave, or follow Groups in Outlook - Microsoft SupportFrom the navigation bar select Groups. On the Group Home tab, select Discover Groups. Enter a group name in the search box or scroll the list to find the one you want. Select Join or Request to Join. If the group is private, a request will be sent to the group's admin, who can accept or decline the request.

Enter the Name , Email address of the group, Description , and set the Privacy settings , and then select Create . You'll be prompted to add members when you first create a group, but you can also add them later.
