Bookmark or Share- MSL or NSL Loader/Which One? - Green Tractor TalkMSL is nice, the benefits outweigh the negatives I think. Best thing is, I haven't dumped any rocks or material all over my hood like I would do on occasion with the NSL trying to shake the excess from spilling.

- Disadvantages to MSL loader - Green Tractor TalkTim proved that the 120R MSL falls well short of expectations, while the 220R MSL surpasses them. For this reason alone it would be nice to turn back time and have started separate threads on the 120 MSL and the 220 MSL. I will disagree with some of this based on my 220R MSL, did I lose some curl, yes, but it is minimal at best.
- Single Point Hydraulic Connector Not Compatible with...There is a $600 Hydraulic Connection option that you can only remove if you are buying the MSL loader, you cannot remove it for the NSL unit. Why would this be? Given that step 13 of the installation guide basically tells you to take these hoses off and toss them ("hoses removed will not be reused"), I'd really rather not even spend the money ...
- Considering MSL on new 3038E - Green Tractor TalkThe other thing to seriously consider is what many have already mentioned; the MSL bucket cannot roll back as far and the NSL, and you will definitely miss the lost capacity if you do any amount of bucket work. If most of what you do is pallet forks, you will probably like the MSL for that. I bought a 2R NSL, and my friend up the road bought a MSL.
