- Question - What is 1ms VRB? | Tom's Hardware ForumThough, IPS monitors aren't capable of getting faster than 4ms GTG (Grey To Grey) due to the IPS panel design. So, to get past that, monitor manufacturers, e.g Acer, use different features (MPRT, VRB etc) to get the 1ms response time.
