Cheers guys, i have only started eating oats with all my meals recently, i just look at the rice and it says that there is roughly 73g of Carbs per 100 grams of uncooked rice, but when you cook it, it drops to 23g of carbs per 100 grams, so i would rather eat less oats and still make up more grams of carbs in total. but yeah.
