Bookmark or Share- Just used a credit builder loan : r/MoneyLion - RedditWound up 120 short for rent and I don’t get paid until the 7th so I was stressing. I didn’t want to ask my friends or family and I remember seeing adds like Dave to get 100$ fast. Well I stumbled upon MoneyLion and the AppStore was giving good reviews so i said fuck it. Accepted the 20$ membership fee monthly and the payments for the loan.
- Experiences With MoneyLion? : r/CRedit - RedditMoneyLion is awful. Speaking from personal experience. Look at Self. Their secured loan is great and when it unlocks at the end of the period, you receive the money you’ve paid in/saved. Just don’t get their secured card when they offer it. No way to graduate to unsecured.
- r/MoneyLion - RedditWas told by two MoneyLion support reps that "I would get a one month $50 Instacash boost added to my account in 24 hour." Called back today (30 hours later) and another support rep told me that "I would not be receiving the $50 Instacash boost because the two banks connected to my account (Citibank and Chime) are experimental."
- MoneyLion is a scam : r/MoneyLion - RedditMoneyLion is a giant scam. I’m in the early stages of gathering evidence that MoneyLion is strategically financially screwing over vulnerable folks. Information gathered here will be submitted to my Minnesota’s attorney general. If you have had any issues, please post them here.
- Credit Builder Loan QUESTIONS!! : r/MoneyLion - RedditYes that's what you get when the loan is paid off. If you decide to pay off in full with your credit reserve, your remaining balance is deducted from the 300 and the difference is put into your Moneylion account. I myself just paid off my first loan with my credit reserve.
