It does, but to be fair this photo is pretty close up and revealing. It's almost impossible to see the scratches and flaws on the Momo steering wheel (I've never noticed them at all until I took this photo).

I picked this car up last weekend in Ft Lauderdale and noticed the horn didn't work. After removing the wheel I saw it had one black wire which I can only assume is the power wire. There is two leads on the horn button, one labeled as an earth ground.

- Mistery Momo horn button - no ground wire. - Pelican PartsCan't wait to install it! no the ground wire should attach to a metal ring between the momo adapter and the wheel. The wire around the horn button is then grounded when the button is inserted. The hot lead connects to the tab on the back of the button. Just swap the bottom half of the buttons..that's what I did.
