- Mobile Search No Longer Earning Rewards - Microsoft CommunityNo it is virtually impossible to get credit for mobile and mobile searches. Maybe get credited with 20 points a day for searches done on our crappy Microsoft Surfaces and 5 or 10 points on our cell phones.
- My mobile search rewards not working please solve it.Now, all of a sudden, I only get 5-25 points after doing 20 searches instead of 100 points. The only work around I found that works, which is extremely annoying and time consuming, is to complete 1 search, go back to dashboard and verify that the search counted for 5 points. Then, close the app, reopen search and do another search and repeat.
