I was finally able to fix the issue by uninstalling the 20H2 feature update and then I reinstalled it. The update seems to have finished the installation of the Windows Mixed Reality software. After reinstalling the update, the mixed reality portal software was properly installed.

It worked until I restarted my computer, then that trick failed to work after. I have reinstalled motherboard chipset, video card drivers (amd rx480), uninstalled and reinstalled the mixed reality portal and odyssey+ hardware.
