Lots and lots to do in the area itself, and easy access to Koreatown, West Hollywood, and Echo Park, which are fun neighborhoods to explore during the summer time.

Is it safe? : r/AskLosAngeles - Redditthen it's an excellent choice! sounds like you already have a place to rent. but if you don't, look in the area between pico and wilshire and la brea and fairfax (although the surrounding areas are fine). 8th and alandele was my last place. that was the quietest neighborhood in the area and you can walk to LACMA or the grove.
