Problem with Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 - Microsoft Community
Ok, if it won't work with a different 5Ghz band, then DFS is unlikely the issue. Can you go to Device Manager > Network adapters, double click on your Intel wifi card, then go to the Advanced tab. Now, review the following: For 802.11 abg wifi mode, can you make sure it is set to dual band 802.11 abg
Microsoft Band Sync App for Win 10 TP
Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. As of now, Microsoft Band Sync App is not included in the latest build 10166. Hope the app will be included in the Windows Store when we launch the final version of Windows 10. However, if you may want to install on your Computer, refer to the following.

Microsoft Band Sync App for PC What happened to the Microsoft Sync App for PC? I downloaded it to my Surface Pro 3 last night and wanted to put it on my desktop PC as well today but the link that I followed from Windows Central no longer works and a search of the Store, Bing, Microsoft.com etc. fails to bring up the app. Anyone know what happened?
Dual Band Mobile Hotspot - Microsoft Community
Setting to "Any band" still displays that "you're sharing your connection over the 5 GHz band" warning. Maybe running two instances of mobile hotspot somehow? My wireless adapter is Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz and set to Dual Band 802.11a/b/g. Windows 10 Pro 1909. OS Build 18363.1198. Thanks
