Bookmark or Share- Learn more about SmartArt Graphics - Microsoft SupportYou can create a SmartArt graphic in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or in an email message in Outlook. The SmartArt button is on the Insert tab, and, depending on your screen size, may look like any of the following:
- Customize the ribbon in Office - Microsoft SupportWhat you can customize: You can personalize your ribbon to arrange tabs and commands in the order you want them, hide or unhide your ribbon, and hide those commands you use less often. Also, you can export or import a customized ribbon.
- Enable or disable macros in Microsoft 365 filesIf you see a security warning when you open a document or try to run a macro, you can choose to make it a trusted document and enable macros. This example is on an Excel workbook. Select Enable Content. In the Security Warning dialog, select Yes to make the document trusted. Macros are now enabled on this document.
- Use charts and graphs in your presentation - Microsoft SupportYou can make a chart in PowerPoint or Excel. If you have lots of data to chart, create your chart in Excel, and then copy it into your presentation. This is also the best way if your data changes regularly and you want your chart to always reflect the latest numbers.
- Choose a SmartArt graphic - Microsoft SupportBefore you choose a layout for your SmartArt graphic, ask yourself what you want to convey and whether you want your information to appear a certain way. Since you can quickly and easily switch layouts, try different layouts (across types) until you find the one that best illustrates your message.
