Mark Uyeda (B’92) was sworn in as a commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last June, the first person of Asian descent to hold the role. When nominated, Uyeda began receiving messages from Asian Americans who wanted to express what this meant to them. More @Wikipedia
