In most cases if you follow the manufacturers instruction for care and storage of your battery pack you will be in pretty good shape. I’m sure Marcum would be happy to help with any issues, I love their product with the shuttle.

The Marcum has 2 LED lights where the Aqua-Vu has 6 or 8 but the Marcum camera shows a wider view and requires less light with a less grainy image. This will come in handy if you fish at dusk, dawn or fish the night bite.

If you decide to get a camera I haven’t found any that will compare to the image of a Marcum in deep water (25′ or better) or after dark. Bright daylight and pretty much any quality camera will work. Here’s both the pro and con.

I was kind of bummed about that because I never had a single issue with the vex units I have ran. I also know that I would have used it that way over going back to a blob display… Just glad its fixed and hope it will be the last trip I take to Marcum.
