Unfortunately Service Link thinks a good knowledgeable professional Notary is low hanging fruit and feel our wages should be less than Walmart greeters' wages.

I've closed over 65 loans for LSI starting in 2003 and don't like giving away part of my closing fee to a "middle man". I called LSI vendor services about a month ago to address this and they said they would call me directly which they did for about a month. Now it seems they are calling signing companies again.
- Speedy Closing and Title Services - Mobile Notary / Signing Agent ...If I were you, I would definitely complain to LSI vendor management that the signing service they used has not paid you. Ask them to assist you in getting payment. Several years ago LSI used LIA Signings for their signing service, and after a huge number of complaints that LIA wasn't paying the notaries, they began contacting notaries directly.
