Got a wider mouse (Logitech G Pro X SL). I still play better on my Starlight-12 because I have smaller hands, but this was a big contributor to my pain. Lowered mouse sensitivity to ~45cm/360; Play games on my HTPC with a controller whenever I can. Avoid laptop trackpads as much as I humanly can. These jack up my pain rapidly due to the wrist ...
