Bookmark or Share- Need Guidance on 221g Processing Time After SubmissionSubmitted the requested documents (including the CENOMAR) via LBC, along with her passport and other supporting documents. Uploaded a copy of the CENOMAR to the CEAC portal. It has now been several days, and we haven’t received any updates regarding her visa status or the return of her passport. I have a few questions:
- LBC premium pickup/dropoff and delivery - VisaJourneyAbove instructions pertain to LBC dropbox use. Since we are outside Manila we will use Option2. Does it mean my parents need to pay PhP440/passport when they drop off their passports for visa interview waiver, and then they pay another PhP440 upon return delivery of passport?
- Interview and 221g Letter: Document Submission Form Question. - VisaJourneyWas the interview for a K-1 visa? If so you will not have the option to upload through the CEAC website. You will just send the original divorce decree along with your fiancee's passport to the embassy, along with the 221g instruction sheet and 221g submission form via LBC courier.
- Visa Tracking Number - Philippines - VisaJourneyThe way I've seen people get it recently is about every tracking method there is finally "goes live" like the night before she can actually pick it up. Like LBC receives it, inputs it into their system so it starts tracking and then they deliver it to MOA like 4 hours later and she can pick it up. So it really doesn't give you much to track.
- 221(g) Submission Slip Question--Need Help (Merged threads) - VisaJourneySend the PCC and her passport to the embassy via LBC. When I tried logging into CGI just to double check that her visa delivery address was good to go, because of the problems logging in, I stumbled onto the "221(g) Submission of Documents" page, with some fairly detailed instructions on what to do when you get a 221(g) from USEM.
