In PowerPoint, you can turn your mouse into a laser pointer to draw your audience’s attention to something on a slide.
Use keyboard shortcuts to deliver PowerPoint presentations
This article describes the keyboard shortcuts and some other common shortcut keys that apply while you're delivering your presentation with PowerPoint for Windows. Notes: To quickly find a shortcut in this article, you can use Search. Press Ctrl+F, and then type your search words.
Start the presentation and see your notes in Presenter view
To point with a laser or write on your slides, point at the screen with the mouse and then select the Pen and laser pointer tool on the pop-up toolbar at the lower left. To turn off the pen, laser pointer, or highlighter, press the Esc key.
Present on multiple monitors (and view speaker notes privately)
You can use PowerPoint on your smartphone as a remote control to run your presentation and view your speaker notes. See Using a laser pointer on your smartphone when presenting in PowerPoint for more information, including a brief video. Deliver your presentation on two monitors. On the Slide Show tab, in the Set Up group, click Set Up Slide Show.
