Bookmark or Share- Tracking Your Order - Kohl'sHow to Check the Status of Orders on the Kohl's App. Ensure you are logged into your shopping profile on the Kohl’s app to view orders placed with your profile. Select “Order” in the menu in the upper-left corner. Select the order you want to track. The tracking number will be displayed.
- Forgot your password? - Kohl'sSelect the appropriate link. Select ”Forgot password”. Follow the prompts to reset your login credentials. Please Note: If you are locked out of your Kohl’s Card Account due to multiple failed login attempts, you will not be able to try logging in again until your account goes through a "cool-down period" of at least 2 hours.
- Returns - Kohl'sBeauty Purchases (Including Sephora at Kohl's), must be new or in gently used condition and must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase and with a valid receipt or account/tender lookup. Sephora products that are marked as final sale cannot be returned. There is an exception to the 30 day policy during the Holiday season.
