Kiddo, bub, bean, hubby, hubs, littles, kidders, kiddiwinks, and any derivatives make me cringe. Same with fur babies, doggo and puppers. Edit: I understand the concept of pet names and baby talking to show affection, I'd just personally prefer not to hear it; it's intended as an endearment, not a descriptive noun for use in general conversation.
