- US Sorento with the 3.3L V6 Engine Failure - Kia ForumI recently had an engine failure that it appears many others with 2016 Sorentos are also experiencing. it seems the problem is coming up then the cars get to a certain milage with most failing between 100k and 150k miles. Mine was at 142,000 miles. The issue is the aluminum engine block and heads is not playing nicely with the head bolts.
- Door/Window Trim Piece Falling Off - Kia ForumBought in August, 2023. Less than 10K miles. Door trim piece along bottom of window falling off or becoming loose. Apparently coming unglued. No physical trauma noticed. Three times. 1. Right rear door about 6 months ago came loose on end near door handle and then bent back. Did not completely fall off.
