Bookmark or Share- OneDrive stuck on "signing in" | Microsoft Community HubI encountered the exact issue with yours and tried every solutions almost, but didn't work on my Windows 10 22H2 19045.5011. Finally, I got this solved easily just by installing the latest version of OneDrive application. The folder setting appeared immediately after signing in. The Microsoft link is below:
