Bookmark or Share- What Oil for 800? | Polaris RZR Forum - RZR Forums.net953 posts · Joined 2014. #32 · Aug 16, 2014. I've been running Mobil 1 0w-40 in all the toys up until about a month ago, but the 800 Sportsman started to burn oil. So, I switched the Sportsman to Mobil 1 15w-50.

Polaris oil is fine its not going to kill your engine hahaha BUT its also overpriced for what is in the bottle. Many people here run Mobil 0-40 full synthetic and love it. But there are MANY oils that will work in your 4 stroke OHC engine. 410's Titanium 14 XP1000 2 seater & 15 Voodoo 4seater build.

Run it in all of my power toys, and know many others who do the same. I have never heard of a single oil related engine problem when using this stuff. Sells for a whopping $21.xx / gallon @ Wallyworld.
