- The JL’s Best feature: best / quickest heaterThat’s right, the JL has THE best heater of any vehicle I’ve ever owned ( and I’ve had a bunch). No big deal says the newbie. Wrong! In days gone by this was NOT the case. In 1977 I had a ‘76 Scout Terra (with steel doors and real glass roll up windows). Guy on the same FD crew has a shiny new red CJ, complete with soft top and cloth doors.
- 2024 JL smoking front drive shafts with no FAD. 2.5 lift.my mechanic said he did grease the joints and the little needle zert. It’s the front driveshaft, not the rear. If I said rear I meant front. These JL’s come no FAD just like the 392’s, mechanic said he talked to an engineer over at Adam’s Driveshafts and they said the same he is saying, and that it’s becoming a known issue.
