You won´t be saying who or what is ok. Secondly, if you want to say that all what is happening or all what is going on it´s OK you have to use "EVERYTHING" because if you use "anything" it doesn´t make sense at all and, besides, you are saying all the contrary, that "nothing it´s ok". BUT remember that it is not correct to say anything is ok. More @Wikipedia
