Bookmark or Share- End meetings early or start late - Microsoft SupportSelect the Classic Outlook tab and follow those steps instead. You can set events to end early or start late by using the following instructions. Select Settings > Calendar > Events and invitations. Select the Shorten duration for all events checkbox.

After you adjust these settings, press Send within the email. Send your email right away rather than at the scheduled time, select Cancel delay. Then, select Send within the email.
