It's probably part of the strategy. 2- Inspirato reduces the number of nights available the closer you are to the arrival date... 5 nights if booking 3 months out, 3-4 nights 2 months out, 2 nights 1 month out.

They are all long-term leases from owners, which dramatically lowers their overall overhead, thus greatly reducing the end cost of membership. Portico and Inspirato aren't "less expensive" alternatives per se - they're smarter alternatives, IMO.

Inspirato's newest residence in Vail is Bell Tower which is a penthouse residence located directly above Lancelot restaurant.

But I am not head over heels in love with Inspirato, and I don’t think it really disrupt the home rental industry that much.
