I bought a 2018 Indian Chieftain Classic instead of a 2019 chieftain because I love the classic Indian look with the modern tech. Big, flared fenders, swooped bags, and a totally unique fairing. The 2019 chieftain looked exactly like a street glide! Nothing wrong with Harley.
- Starter/Battery Problem - Indian Motorcycle ForumIn these 13 years my Indian dealer/importer has installed 2 new starters with more power (1.8kW). 3 years ago I also replaced the BCM module. When I want to start the machine in the morning (20 degrees temperature), the on-board voltage drops to below 8V and it cannot start.
