As someone in the deep south of the USA, I loathe summer. It is HOT, it is HUMID, and yes the noise and ridiculous kids/teens roaming the neighborhood don't help. Crime goes up, and people are constantly outside having cookouts and letting their kids/pets run wild.

It is hotter outside than inside my room, so theoretically hot air will blow into the room and heat it up. However, I feel that having a closed window would cause the room to get stuffy, and an open window will increase air circulation, even if the air is warm.

This is the way. Or an undervolt to reduce GPU usage. I have a very aggressive UV for less demanding games, and a moderate one for the more graphically intensive. I combine it with your strategy during hot months. Doesn't bother me to not play certain games during the hot days, especially with CS2 coming out.
