First of all; DON'T call the button CHAT if there is a TEAM under it!! Secondly; Give all teams a dedicated member chat instead of having to create a separate chat. Third; Let people create multiple chats under a team and\or channel. This is a weird and confusing way of doing things. Don't place teams under chat, create chat in teams or channels! More @Wikipedia
