The game should model how difficult it was to colonize Africa, in addition to how difficult it was have been for African states to expand.
- Best units for forest fighting? | Paradox Interactive ForumsEngineers don't give a bonus to forest fighting, just their defense bonus. I like attacking with infantry formations into forests personally, since they aren't hindered by as big of penalties as tanks and mech.
