Favorite = Hilton & Embassy (property dependent but with my team member FB discount & gold status I oftentimes come out ahead with Hilton because breakfast is dinner leftovers or Starbucks). On the tailend of a weeklong road trip to Big Bend and Carlsbad we were upgraded to the Osage Trail Suite which was nearly the size of our house. At least it seemed like it. My second favorite stay was on the same trip. The Emily Morgan in San Antonio is awesome.

Generally, HGIs will be a normal hotel room with a sit down restaurant to buy dinner or breakfast (big feature compared to a Hampton inn). Homewood suites get you a kitchen in the room (kind of like comparing a courtyard to residence inn if you’re used to Marriott properties)

Same issue… from digging it says the hotel ISP is Frontier, but the number they give is for AT&T that goes nowhere and silent after the menu prompts. Going to attempt contacting Frontier about it to see if they can resolve the issue.
