I do not have an AASTO Standards, but I have a design criteria of pipe rated at H-20 loading or greater for a ROW cossing. ADS puts out a backfill table for H-25 but I need to convert that to a single axle load at a certain backfill depth.

An H-20 truck has 2 axles - 8 kips on the front (4 kips/tire) and 32 kips on the back (16 kips/tire). HS-20 is essentially an H-20 truck pulling a one axle trailier, 32 kips on the trailer axle (16 kips/tire). Here is a fairly good summary:
