Govan (/ ˈɡʌvən / GUV-ən; Cumbric: Gwovan; [3] Scots: Gouan; Scottish Gaelic: Baile a' Ghobhainn) is a district, parish, and former burgh now part of southwest Glasgow, Scotland.
