Also, I believe that while the Goodyear Assurance Maxlife is a well established tire, I believe the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 is relatively new after replacing a prior version that seem as though it was not very durable. So the more current information the better.

- Goodyear Assurance Weatherready vs Michelin Defender XLTI had used 3 sets of GoodYear Assurance Comfortred on my 2008. Wet traction is excellent except tire gets noisy toward the end. I had the same Comfortred on my 2018 for 40K. Again It became noisy and GoodYear offered me the WeatherReady with 50% credit. They are the best tires I ever have. Quiet, smooth, good corning and excellent wet traction.
