Eligible applicants are governmental entities and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Priority Funding Areas. This program is for economic development projects aligned with the Golden LEAF priority areas.

These projects will support workforce preparedness in Cleveland, Martin, Stanly counties and job creation outcomes in rural central and western North Carolina.
