I assume the project fell through, and the film was released in its present U.S. form as Gigantis. This is the story from the site where these photos were found. The first Photo shows the actual suits that were constructed, and the second is a model of the godzilla suit.

The 'Godzilla Raids Again' title on the screen appears to be subbed with a different font. Interestingly, the dubbed dialogue still calls it 'Gigantis' and several newspaper headlines use the name 'Gigantis.' gig.jpg
