- LPN/LVN to ADN Bridge - Galen College of NursingStudents accepted into Galen’s LPN/LVN to ADN Bridge Option within six months of graduating from Galen’s PN/VN program will be required to provide proof of current, active, unencumbered PN/VN license as a course registration requirement for NUR 202 LPN/LVN to RN Role Transition.
