Since Galadriel is 193cm, taller than almost all Teleri/Sindar/Etc warriors. I think only Thingol was taller than Galadriel among the Third Clan, and possibly a very few handful others. Celeborn who was 'abnormally' tall among the Third Clan was the same as Galadriel, 193cm.
