Bookmark or Share- G16 - no spark/intermittent - Buggies Gone WildOk, been having a weird issue with my son's G16. Occasionally it will take a few seconds to start (Starter generator is turning but engine doesn't start). Sometimes it starts right away. I figured maybe just a carb/fuel issue.. However over the weekend, it happened a few times and took an extended amount of time to start..

- G16 Not getting gas - Buggies Gone WildRe: G16 Not getting gas pull the carb off and im sure you are going to find it full of water and corrosion gas not treated with stabilizer or ethanol treatment will seperate in as little as a week , the bowl with be full of watery muck mess that need to be cleaned and you also may need to flush the fuel lines tank and replace filters.

I did get the Cart Parts Plus kit. are we looking for movement on the end of the input shaft, like wiggle on the entire shaft? i put the new one back the same way the stock one came out and it seems ok.
- G16 Controller Repair - Buggies Gone WildI have a 1998 Yamaha G16 that moved slightly sometimes when pressing the gas pedal. After some investigating, I suspected the speed controller. I ended up opening the sealed controller and found a lot of corrosion as well as 2 MOSFETs and 2 resistors that have damage on them.
