It's closely based on Firefox; I wouldn't expect it to be significantly lighter-weight. I doubt you'll find any Firefox fork that changes that aspect of things in any significant way. But i prefer Aniyomi as you can watch western media, anime, kdrama and hanime... Aniyomi is kinda all in one app. I prefer TachiyomiSY since it is the only fork which has a filter to hide Manga with adult genre. Wish there was a Tachiyomi fork for old android 4.0 tablets.
