Bookmark or Share- Trusted documents - Microsoft SupportTrusted documents are files that have been marked as trusted by enabling active content in them. Active content (macros, ActiveX controls, data connections, and so on) opens without the Message Bar warning after you mark the file as trusted.
- What is Protected View? - Microsoft SupportBy using Protected View, you can read a file, see its contents and enable editing while reducing the risks. Note: If your machine has Application Guard for Microsoft 365 enabled, documents that previously opened in Protected View will now open in Application Guard for Microsoft 365.
- View previous versions of Office files - Microsoft SupportView previous versions of a file. If your file is stored in OneDrive or SharePoint in Microsoft 365, you can go back to a previous version of file. This is incredibly important if a mistake was made, you have issues with malware or a virus, or you just prefer a previous version.

- Transcribe your recordings - Microsoft SupportThe transcribe feature converts speech to a text transcript with each speaker individually separated. After your conversation, interview, or meeting, you can revisit parts of the recording by playing back the timestamped audio and edit the transcription to make corrections.
