On phone app, tap the 'days of exercise' tile, then gear icon near top right to get to stride length setting. The most accurate way to get stride length would be on a measured course such as a lap on a running track, to measure number of steps to walk one lap.

- Inspire HR water damage - Fitbit Community - Fitbit社区Seeing as to how the Fitbit device itself has an option for Swimming and that it’s “ Swim-proof in a lake, pool, or ocean (up to 50 meters)”, I expected to face no issues whatsoever.
